Mike Mayhew in the UK has started making vacu-formed components for Footy Chinese Junks. He has drawings and instructions made up and can also supply electronic components. It features a molded hull with built in servo mountings, carbon fiber rig, kevlar/carbon fibre matrix sails, servo arms and waterproof switch. Victor Models is offering their V-12 Footy kit for $65. The boat looks nice and the kit sounds like it's quite complete.

Here are the major organizations governing model yachting. These usually serve as the rule-making body for their country and designate standard classes. The Footy is not yet recognized as a class by some of these organizations YET!
