Since commencing his Footy sailing in 2007 Andy Trewin has done a sterling job in promoting the class.

His enthusiasms with experimental designs and building have pioneered some exciting new Footy Bottle Boats, some that have been entered for the Chris Dicks award.

Over the past two years he has assembled a fleet of Footys that he takes as a travelling exhibition to clubs in the South West.

These talks have proved very popular with members.

In an effort to promote the class to a wider audience he has updated the presentation and made it freely available on the internet.

Since doing so, parts of the presentation have been translated and used to launch Footys into Denmark and also used by Conoco Phillips in USA at one of their symposiums.
